Refund Policy

Clear Sound Waves recommends a trial period of 21 days. This trial period is recommended because medical studies show that your brain requires about three weeks to adjust your hearing sense to new hearing aids.


If your product is defective, immediately let our Customer Service know by sending an email to and we'll send you a replacement. We are unable to accept returns on incorrectly purchased products or products damaged due to customer error. Once the claim is approved, we will ask you to send your items back to our warehouse. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the return. It is recommended you ship with tracking information.


To make an order cancellation please contact us immediately on If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.


We offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at and our Customer Service Experts will assist you with your request. If the customer is entitled for a full refund, you may return the product in original working condition with original packaging. The refund will be processed once our team confirms the receipt of the return. All products MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for proper processing. Please note Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and perfectly clean. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. We retain the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 20% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher. Products returned without a RMA number will incur a twenty percent (25%) No-RMA Fee. If 30 days have gone by since customers' purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Clear Sound Waves is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Clear Sound Waves will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Return expenses (Shipping Label etc.) should be taken care by customer. However we do not accept used products due to nature of product.
