Refund Policy

Clear Sound Waves recommends a trial period of 21 days. This trial period is recommended because medical studies show that your brain requires about three weeks to adjust your hearing sense to new hearing aids.


If your product is defective, immediately let our Customer Service know by sending an email to and we'll send you a replacement. We are unable to accept returns on incorrectly purchased products or products damaged due to customer error. Once the claim is approved, we will ask you to send your items back to our warehouse. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the return. It is recommended you ship with tracking information.


To make an order cancellation please contact us immediately on If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.


We offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at and our Customer Service Experts will assist you with your request. If the customer is entitled for a full refund, you may return the product in original working condition with original packaging. The refund will be processed once our team confirms the receipt of the return. All products MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for proper processing. Please note Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and perfectly clean. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. We retain the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 20% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher. Products returned without a RMA number will incur a twenty percent (25%) No-RMA Fee. If 30 days have gone by since customers' purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Clear Sound Waves is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Clear Sound Waves will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Return expenses (Shipping Label etc.) should be taken care by customer. However we do not accept used products due to nature of product.

1 year limited manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase

ClearSoundWaves assures to the original purchaser that your ClearSoundWaves-branded device (the "Product") will be free of material and workmanship defects under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If such a defect occurs and ClearSoundWaves receives a return authorization request during the appropriate Warranty Period, ClearSoundWaves will, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, either

(A) repair the Product at no cost, using new or refurbished replacement parts

(B) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

To the extent authorized by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies in the case of such a problem. Shipping and handling fees may apply, unless banned by applicable law. This Limited Manufacturing Warranty is only valid in jurisdictions where ClearSoundWaves sells the Products directly or through an authorized reseller or agent, and it is only effective to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of those jurisdictions. Any replacement Product shall be warranted for the duration of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any extra time needed by applicable law.


DO NOT wear hearing aids when sleeping, exercising vigorously, showering/bathing, washing your hair, swimming, or indulging in any other activity that may cause the hearing aids to become wet. It is not suggested that you wear hearing aids while participating in any activity that requires the use of hearing protection. You may be unable to use any hearing aid with a mobile phone due to radio frequency interference created by digital cell phones. If you notice buzzing or other noises while using your cell phone while wearing Device, we recommend that you avoid using hearing aids with mobile phones or other devices that generate radio waves. When wearing hearing aids, avoid applying hair care products. Keep your hearing aids away from water. Avoid exposing hearing aids to moisture, humidity, dust, direct sunshine, or severe heat. Keep them in their case when not in use.

All of the following conditions must be met in order to qualify for the Limited Manufacturing Warranty:
1.- Within the One Year Limited Manufacturing period, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested. To begin the return procedure and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, please click here (RMA).

2.- Before the One Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty expires, you must return the Factory Defective Product to ClearSoundWaves. The product(s) being returned must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and completely clean. All accessories that were originally included with your purchase must be returned with your transaction.

3.- Include the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) with your returned merchandise.

This Limited Manufacturing Warranty does not apply to a Product or part of a Product that has been serviced, altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone other than ClearSoundWaves, nor does it apply to any cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents, nor does it apply if the warranty period has expired, nor does it apply if the inner warranty label is broken or removed, or the serial number label is missing or unrecognizable.
Furthermore, this Limited Manufacturing Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by (a) use with non-ClearSoundWaves products; (b) accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; (c) normal wear and tear or aging of the Product, such as discoloration or stretching; or (d) normal wear and tear or aging of the Product, such as discoloration or stretching. (d) using the Product: (i) outside of the approved or intended applications indicated by ClearSoundWaves, (ii) contrary to ClearSoundWaves' instructions, or (iii) with an insufficient voltage or power source.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Warranties are void unless expressly stated otherwise.
If the ClearSoundWaves product fails to perform as promised, the customer's sole remedy shall be repair or replacement at ClearSoundWaves' discretion. The aforementioned warranties and remedies are exclusive and supersede all other warranties, expressed or implied, in fact or by operation of law, statutory or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ClearSoundWaves assumes no other liability in connection with the sale, maintenance, or use of ClearSoundWaves' goods and does not permit anyone else to do so on its behalf. ClearSoundWaves will not be liable under this guarantee if its testing and examination reveal that the alleged defect in the product does not exist or was caused by the customer's negligence. or any third party's misuse, negligence, or testing, illegal attempts to repair or alter, or any other reason beyond the intended range of use, or by accident, fire, lightning, or other hazard.

Liability Restrictions
Under no circumstances will ClearSoundWaves, its service provider, or any of their affiliates, employees, officers, directors, or agents be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable (including, but not limited to, claims for personal injury, goodwill, inconvenience, delay, profits, use of money or use of the ClearSoundWaves products, or interruption in use). ClearSoundWaves' and the service providers' entire liability and the customer's sole and exclusive remedy for claims related to or arising out of these terms and conditions, for any cause and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or in tort, statutory or otherwise, including negligence and strict liability, will not exceed the purchase price paid. This limitation of liability will apply even if the client has previously informed ClearSoundWaves or its service provider of the possibility of such losses. The customer has special legal rights under these terms and conditions. Other rights may exist for the customer, which may differ from state to state or country to country. For a complete understanding of the client's rights, the customer should check applicable state or country laws. Some states or nations do not permit limiting the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion or restriction of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. Some exclusions or limits of these terms and conditions may not apply to customers in such states or countries.

Warranties implied
Unless prohibited by applicable legislation, all implied warranties (including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are restricted to the length of this limited warranty. Because some jurisdictions do not permit limitations on the length of an implied guarantee, the preceding limitation may not apply to you.
